    Expert Welding Services and Capabilities

GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding): Often referred to as MIG welding, GMAW offers speed and adaptability. It’s perfect for a variety of metals, ensuring consistent and high-quality welds that stand the test of time.

FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding): Leveraging a specialized tubular wire filled with flux, FCAW provides deeper penetration and higher deposition rates. Ideal for thicker materials and heavier components, this method ensures robust welds even in challenging environments.

SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding): Commonly known as stick welding, SMAW is one of the most versatile methods, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Its adaptability makes it a preferred choice for many structural and industrial needs.

GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding): TIG welding, as it’s popularly known, offers unparalleled precision. Especially suited for thin materials and intricate designs, GTAW produces clean, aesthetically pleasing welds, making it the go-to for projects demanding impeccable finishes.

SAW (Submerged Arc Welding): For high-volume production and thick materials, SAW provides consistent, deep penetration with a smooth finish. Automated processes ensure efficiency and repeatability, delivering welds that meet rigorous industry requirements.

Advanced Welding Capabilities for Superior Fabrication

Robotic, submerged arc and semi-automatic welding of several metal types to AWS D1.1 code requirements

    Robotic Welding
Our Fanuc robotic welding workcell is perfect for repetitive or high volume parts. Robotic weld range capability includes twin rotational 60” x 120” work envelopes with 5,000 lb. weight capacity each, plus a third independent 72” x 25 ft. travel work zone.

    Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
Our Automated Subarc is capable of welding of work pieces up to 50 ft. in length. This process is known for its ability to produce high-quality welds while offering deep penetration, suitable for thick materials.

    AWS D1.1 Requirements
Adherence to AWS D1.1 code requirements ensures that the welding process meets specific standards for quality, safety, and durability, especially for structural steel applications. Our capabilities support infrastructure and building projects, ensuring the structural integrity of the welds.

Again, we greatly appreciate all your efforts and certainly know who we can depend on and trust.
